Resident Retention is a top priority every day at Wharf Plaza I & II.  Original senior residents moving in to Wharf Plaza twenty years ago are well into their 80's or older, yet at our  20th Anniversary Party held in October, 2002, we issued "Original Resident" certificates to 54 households, most of whom were seniors!
